This is a decent low budget option, but the sound quality is lacking and we have had some problems with interference. If quality sound and no issues is what you're looking for, you may want to keep looking. On the plus side, it was great having multiple mics once we got around the interference issues.

Okay, I bought these microphones for use in Karaoke. I run a karaoke business and wanted microphones with 4 separate XLR outputs. Important note, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!
When you first connect these microphones to your system you may fine them very loud and hiss a lot when you switch off the microphones.
to fix this you adjust the Squelch screws for each individual microphone at the back of the unit.
Turn them each fully clock wise, then turn them back about half a turn. This will get rid of any hiss and problems.
Once this is set they are brilliant! You can use them in front of loud speakers without getting any feedback
I am currently using two microphones and keeping the other two as spares. Cos in know people with break one eventually.
I have some spare microphones that do not have a receiver for big groups - we don't have to hear everybody!!!

Purchased these for a 230 person capacity hall for PA. One of the mics sounds worse than the others and none sound particularly great. Requires a lot of careful adjustment to get them to sound somewhat acceptable. Once adjusted they worked and performed OK at best. Although not very clear, speech was understandable although somewhat muffled. With other mics, and some very cheap wired ones, the PA system actually sounds great, but with these the clarity was not where it should have been. Overall, they do the job, wireless and easily worn and voices amplified which is what they are meant to do. I would buy them again unless there is a better quality choice in a similar price range.

I use this for recording trombone duets, quartets etc. as well as audio tracks for demonstration videos and other video projects. Works great. I keep the input levels down (on Audacity recording program), when recording trombone, and turn up the input when recording voice. So far I am very happy with the purchase.

Very nice little unit with acceptable but not great tonal quality. Works well amplifying my wife's flute (had to rig up a holder for the tieclip microphone), but speaker coloration isn't natural sounding when amplifying a saxophone. Reverb is kind of poor (delay would have been much nicer, whether digital or analog, but for the money what do I expect...) Surprisingly loud.
I'd like to find something comparably portable and convenient, but with higher quality sound, better effects.

This is a great value for a four microphone system. We use it in our church and it has replaced all the cable microphones that were a tripping hazard. Comes with the mike holder adapters as the wireless microphones are larger in diameter and will not fit the standard holder. Purchased separately these holders could cost about $10-15 each. The microphones use one 9 volt battery each. They have only about a six hour life. Important to turn them after use or they will be dead when you want to use them again. Good frequency separation and microphones are very light. For our use the transmitting range is no problem and the included amplifier comes with individual volume adjusting knobs. We have connected to our sound mixer board. The only problem we had was one of the microphones stopped working after about two weeks. It looked like a defective on/off switch. We had the option of sending the entire unit back to Amazon for a replacement. Instead I called NADY and obtained a returned... Read more
